This role is ideal for aTest Craftsperson (Manual QA Engineer)with3+ yearsof hands-on experience. We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in testing methodologies, an adaptable mindset, and an eagerness to leverage modern tools.

Role Overview

As a Test Craftsperson, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will be responsible for developing and executing test cases, identifying and tracking bugs, and ensuring that our software meets the highest standards before it reaches our clients.

We look for individuals who aretechnology-agnostic—capable of quickly adapting to different tech stacks—and who possessgreat AI expertise, utilizing AI tools responsibly to augment, accelerate, and elevate their testing workflows.

What You'll Do
  • PerformManual Testingto ensure the quality and craftsmanship of our software products.
  • Develop and execute detailedTest CasesandTest Plans.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using tools likeJIRAor similarBug Trackingsystems.
  • ConductRegression Testingto ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Participate inUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)to ensure the final product meets client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensiveFunctional TestingandCross-Browser Testing.
  • PerformAPI Testingto verify the functionality and reliability of backend services.
  • Leverage AI tools responsiblyto optimize test case generation, analyze bug patterns, and accelerate documentation workflows, while maintaining human-in-the-loop quality control.
  • Maintain thoroughDocumentationof test cases, test results, and any issues encountered.

Requirements

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experiencein manual QA, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Tech-Agnostic Mindset:Ability to quickly adapt, learn, and test applications built across diverse and evolving technology stacks.
  • AI Expertise:Practical experience using AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or specialized QA AI tools) to write better test cases, generate test data, or increase daily testing efficiency.
  • Experience withTest Case Development,Test Plans, andBug Trackingtools.
  • Proficiency inRegression Testing,Functional Testing, andCross-Browser Testing.
  • Familiarity withAPI Testing; basic knowledge of automated testing tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
  • Experience with Accessibility Standards and Testing is a plus.
