Role Overview:

We areseekinga highly motivated and experiencedFoward Deployed Engineer (Security Implementation)​to join our growing team in India.

In this role, you will function as atechnical expert across the customer lifecycle, with astrong emphasis on post-sales implementation and integrations (80%), along withselective involvement in pre-sales activities (20%).

Your primary focus will be to ensureseamless deployment, integration with OEM security tools, and successful adoptionofSimbian’sAI SOC platform across enterprise and MSSP environments.Yourexpertisewill be crucial indemonstratinghowSimbiancan significantly enhance their security posture, multiply analyst capacity, and achieve superior security outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Post-Sales Implementation & Integrations

• Leadend-to-end implementation and deploymentofSimbian’splatform for enterprise customers and MSSPs
  

• Work closely with customer security teams tointegrateSimbianwith OEM tools(SIEM, XDR, EDR, IAM, Cloud, etc.)
  

• Owntechnical onboarding, configuration, and go-live processes
  

• Design and implementintegrations via APIs, webhooks, and connectorsacross customer environments
  

• Act as theprimary technical point of contact post-sales
  

• Troubleshootcomplex technical issues related to integrations, deployments, and workflows
  

• Collaborate with internal teams and OEM partners to ensuresmooth implementations and issue resolution
  

• Driveproduct adoption and value realizationpost deployment
  

Pre-Sales Support

• Partner with sales team to providetechnicalexpertiseduring the sales cycle
  

• Deliverproduct demonstrations and technical presentations
  

• SupportProof of Value (POV) engagementswhererequired
  

• Mapcustomer security architecture withSimbian’sintegration capabilities
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely withProduct, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
  

• Relaycustomer feedback, integration challenges, and feature requests
  

• Stay updated oncybersecurity trends, OEM ecosystem, and product enhancements
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience:5–8 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, or similar roles within cybersecurity
  

• Mandatory:Strong hands-on experience inimplementations and integrations (not just demos/pre-sales)
  

• Proven experience working withcybersecurity OEM products and ecosystems
  

• Strong understanding ofSOC workflows and security technologies (SIEM, EDR, XDR, SOAR, IAM, etc.)
  

• Hands-on experience withAPIs, REST integrations, webhooks, and automation workflows
  

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills incomplex enterprise environments
