Talent Acquisition Intern

Experience Level

We're looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern who is eager to learn the end-to-end hiring process. Curios, good communication skills, and a willingness to get hands-on with sourcing, screening, and hiring.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll get exposure to the full hiring lifecycle — from sourcing candidates to supporting interviews and closing roles — while working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across departments.

You'll also build an understanding of what different roles at Incubyte actually require, help keep the interview process smooth for candidates, and learn how to evaluate candidates for both technical skill and culture/values fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Assist in developing sourcing strategies and hiring plans to fill open roles within given timelines.
• Employer Branding: Support employment branding initiatives to strengthen our presence with prospective candidates.
• Recruitment & Selection: Help plan and conduct interviews and screening calls, and contribute ideas to improve the interview process.
• Candidate Experience: Help ensure every candidate has a positive, well-organized experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Panel Support: Assist in preparing interview panels to evaluate candidates on both technical ability and culture/values alignment.
• Retention & Development: Support initiatives around employee retention and development.
• Events & Outreach: Help organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, and campus placement drives.
• Reporting: Assist in tracking hiring metrics and building reports to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Interest in Recruiting: Genuine interest in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
• Willingness to Learn: Openness to understanding different selection methods and techniques.
• Digital Comfort: Comfortable using social media and job boards, or willing to quickly learn.
• Role Curiosity: Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles across the org.
• AI Fluency: Should know how to leverage AI tools like claude, chatgpt etc to support sourcing, screening, and recruiting tasks.
• Communication: Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organization: Well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Proactive Mindset: A proactive, go-getter attitude with an interest in strategic thinking.
