About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading mining client in Perth, WA, seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a key project team. This is an exciting contract opportunity for a developer who enjoys working across both backend and frontend technologies in a dynamic enterprise environment.

The engagement will commence within the next couple of weeks, with an initial 3-month contract and strong potential for extension based on project requirements and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET and Angular.
• Build robust backend services, APIs, and integrations.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and application support.
• Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proven expertise in:
• C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core
• ASP.NET MVC / Web API
• Angular (latest versions preferred)
• JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• SQL Server and database development
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience working within mining, resources, or heavy industrial environments.
• Exposure to Azure cloud technologies.
• DevOps and CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Knowledge of modern application architecture and security best practices.
