SAP SD Lead (Order-to-Cash) – S/4HANA

ECM Talent is supporting a major international organisation on a large-scale, long-term SAP S/4HANA programme.

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Lead with strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash knowledge. You'll be the senior SD point of contact on an established global S/4HANA template, working closely with Business Process Owners, business stakeholders, IT teams and SAP implementation partners.

This is a senior, hands-on SD role on a template that is already live. It combines deep functional expertise with clear communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead SAP SD expert across the S/4HANA Order-to-Cash process: sales, pricing, delivery, billing and credit management.
• Be the main SD contact for Business Process Owners: understand their requirements, explain solution options and keep them informed.
• Analyse business and local requirements against the global template and recommend the right approach.
• Lead SD enhancements, change requests and continuous improvement on the live template.
• Own SD incident and service request resolution, including root-cause analysis of complex issues.
• Work with SAP implementation partners and systems integrators to make sure SD changes are delivered to the right standard.
• Make sure SD integrates properly with FI, MM, logistics and connected systems.
• Support country rollouts and deployments with testing, cutover and hypercare.
• Guide and support other SD consultants and key users.

Experience Required

• 8+ years SAP SD experience, with strong end-to-end OTC knowledge.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution expertise.
• Previous experience as an SD Lead, Functional Lead, Senior SD Consultant or similar.
• Experience supporting a live global template or multi-country S/4HANA environment.
• Hands-on depth in pricing, billing, delivery, credit management and order management.
• Proven stakeholder management, including working directly with Business Process Owners and business users.
• Clear, confident communicator, able to explain SD topics to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with SAP partners and systems integrators.
• Fluent English. Spanish is an advantage.
