We are looking for a dynamic individual to support our growing online Insights Community
Major responsibilities headings:▪Community Support – Responding toqueries and concerns raised by community members
▪Community Wellness - Assessall member interactions and processes. We need to become more member-centric tokeep them happy and engaged
▪Community Research - Conductsurveys of members to identify pain points and opportunities. This will includeassessing our rewards structure
▪CommunityGrowth and Expansion – Assisting with campaigns to grow the Jamaican communityand expand to other countries
▪Project Enquiries – Responding to businessenquiries for new projects

Requirements
Solidorganizational skills, agility and time-management
Strong client-facingand teamwork skills
An ability toprepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
