German- Speaking Appointment Setter

Currently, we are looking for a German-Speaking Appointment Setter to join a fast-growing company specializing in rewards, vouchers, and incentives.
Based in Munich, Germany, the company provides innovative solutions for marketing, sales, and HR, helping businesses enhance customer loyalty, boost sales, and motivate employees through data-driven strategies..
In this role, you will work with inbound leads generated through the company’s marketing activities, contact potential customers, understand their initial needs, and book qualified meetings for the sales team. Previous sales experience is not required, but strong German communication skills and a proactive attitude are essential.
Your Duties

• Contact inbound leads received through the company’s marketing activities.
  
• Respond to leads and engage them in initial conversations.
  
• Understand prospects’ needs and identify suitable opportunities for the sales team.
  
• Qualify leads and book meetings with sales representatives.
  
• Follow up with leads when necessary.
  
• Maintain accurate lead and meeting information.
  
• Communicate professionally with German-speaking prospects.
  
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  

Requirements

• C1 level German with strong verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proactive and confident approach to speaking with potential customers.
  
• Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with new people.
  
• Good organization and follow-up skills.
  
• Motivated to develop within a sales environment.
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  
• Previous sales, appointment-setting, or lead-generation experience is a plus, but not required.
