- 10+ years of experience as a Business / Process Analyst with strong US Personal, Auto & Home Insurance expertise.
- Hands-on experience with policy rewrite / modernization initiatives, including issuance, endorsement, cancellation, renewal, and rewrite processes.
- Analyze and document AS-IS / TO-BE processes, business rules, workflows, exceptions, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead business workshops and collaborate with client stakeholders, SMEs, architecture, and UiPath/RPA delivery teams.
- Assess processes for RPA suitability, validate automation flows, and define edge cases and exception scenarios.
- Support UAT, business validation, and production readiness for rewrite/automation solutions.
- Team leadership is mandatory – experience managing analysts/functional teams and driving delivery, priorities, and requirements alignment.
- Familiarity with Agile, JIRA, and Confluence required.
