Job Summary

Seeking a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Copilot Tech Lead with 15+ years of experience leading enterprise CRM and AI-driven solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft Copilot technologies, along with hands-on development and technical leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and Azure solutions.
  • Develop and deploy custom Copilots and AI Agents using Copilot Studio and Azure AI services.
  • Design integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and enterprise applications.
  • Provide hands-on development using C#, JavaScript, XRM, plug-ins, workflows, and Web APIs.
  • Conduct code reviews, solution design reviews, and ensure best practices for security and performance.
  • Mentor development teams and collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and vendors.

Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of software engineering and technical leadership experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
  • Master's Degree required.
  • Strong expertise in Azure, Power Platform, C#, JavaScript, and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and Microsoft AI SDKs.
  • Enterprise conversational AI and virtual assistant implementations.
  • Generative AI solutions integrated with business workflows.
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Omnichannel experience.
  • Governance, IAM, data security, and production operations expertise.
