System Analyst

We are partnered with a Columbus-area company to find a Business Systems Analyst/Tester. This is a 50/50 business analysis and software testing role, not a programming position. They need someone who can understand the business, work directly with users and vendors, translate business needs into system requirements, and own the testing process from planning through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Develop test plans and test cases and coordinate UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support software implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
• Own and coordinate the testing process
• Work closely with business users, technical teams, and software vendors
• Translate business requirements into clear system requirements
• Identify and help resolve system issues and ensure solutions meet business needs

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Analysis, QA, or a similar role
• Experience with NetSuite ERP
• Bachelor’s degree in CIS, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of business processes and how systems support business operations
