A leading U.S. homebuilder headquartered in Reston, VA, is seeking a full-time, on-site Software Engineer to join its technology team. This role focuses on developing and supporting enterprise applications, APIs, services, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Microsoft technologies.
This role offers the chance to build technology that has a visible, real world impact. Our Client is looking for a hands-on Software Engineer who enjoys solving complex business problems, collaborating with stakeholders, and growing across multiple technologies.
Required Skills And Experience
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET
- Proven experience building and supporting full-stack applications
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Industry experience in mortgage, lending, title, settlement, or financial services
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools
- Experience working on a small, collaborative team
