Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Las Cruces, NM for a Senior Job Captain. The Senior Job Captain will oversee the technical development of architectural projects, coordinate with project teams, and ensure the production of high-quality construction documents that meet the clients' requirements. Responsibilities include providing leadership in project management, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines, mentoring junior staff, and acting as a liaison between clients, contractors, and consultants. The role requires a focus on quality assurance and technical problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong abilities in project management and construction documentation
• Experience in team coordination and leadership of architectural projects
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods
• Skill in collaborative client relations and problem-solving
• Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines effectively
• Professional degree in Architecture; licensure preferred but not required
• 3-5 years of professional experience in an architecture or design firm
