What You'll Do

Drive Agile Project Delivery & Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery of consulting and training projects in Project Management, Change Management, Business Analysis, and other certification courses.
• Facilitate sprint planning and execution tracking to maintain ≥90% sprint goal achievement and ≥15% velocity improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize resources, and build automated dashboards for project health monitoring.

Build Strategic Client Partnerships & Drive Revenue

• Cultivate client relationships and design tailored solutions that achieve ≥90% client satisfaction.
• Develop sales strategies to acquire new clients, expand accounts, and meet revenue targets through repeat business.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure ≥85% stakeholder satisfaction through transparent communication.

Lead Teams & Expand Market Presence

• Build and mentor consultants and trainers; support team certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, CBAP).
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities; analyze competitors and inform product development.
• Partner with growth teams on campaigns and contribute insights to expand service offerings.

What You Bring

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years in training/consulting for PM, agile, change management, or business analysis
• 2+ years of project delivery consulting experience
• Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, CBAP, or equivalent
• Proficiency with PM/BA tools (Jira, MS Project, Miro)
• Sales experience: cold calling, negotiation, closing
• Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
