Global entertainment client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and deliver high-impact AI solutions while driving platform adoption and measurable business outcomes across the enterprise. This is a 40 hour/week, contract opportunity extending through July 2028. This role requires onsite work Monday through Thursday (remote on Friday) with no exceptions
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is a product-focused role with end-to-end ownership of AI use cases, from initial stakeholder engagement through solution delivery, adoption, and measurement. You will lead discovery efforts, define product direction, establish success metrics, and partner closely with Engineering and Operations teams to bring solutions to market.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable engaging with business stakeholders, shaping product strategy, and leveraging AI tools to rapidly prototype and validate ideas. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with emerging AI technologies while helping teams unlock value through practical applications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Own the product lifecycle for AI use cases from initial stakeholder engagement through delivery, adoption, and measurement.
-Lead product discovery through user interviews, focus groups, surveys, and direct engagement with users to understand business needs and opportunities.
-Define and track KPIs and OKRs, establishing clear measures of success for products and initiatives.
-Contribute to product roadmap decisions through stakeholder feedback, usage insights, and business priorities.
-Build prototypes, demonstrations, and working solutions using prompts, agents, retrieval systems, workflow automation, and MCP integrations.
-Share work-in-progress with stakeholders to gather feedback, validate solutions, and iterate quickly.
-Evaluate emerging AI models, tools, and techniques to identify opportunities for future investment and adoption.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-Communicate progress, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
-Operate effectively in a low-structure environment, making informed decisions around scope, prioritization, and delivery.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience or 17+ years of relevant experience
-5+ years of Product Management experience, including direct ownership of stakeholder-facing or internal customer-facing products.
-Demonstrated experience leading product discovery activities, including user interviews, focus groups, surveys, and direct user engagement.
-Experience defining and measuring success through KPIs, OKRs, and roadmap execution.
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and business audiences.
-Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value and outcomes.
-Hands-on experience prototyping and building solutions using AI tools, including prompts, agents, retrieval systems, and workflow or agent runtimes.
-Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, including: Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Catalogs
-Demonstrated ability to balance scope, speed, and quality while delivering results.
-Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies and their practical applications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
-Experience with one or more of the following: LiteLLM or similar LLM gateways, Open WebUI or comparable chat platforms, n8n or comparable workflow runtimes, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, or similar agent frameworks, Arize, Phoenix, Langfuse, or comparable evaluation and observability tools, Model Context Protocol (MCP)
-Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, or similar tools to build and deliver production solutions.
-Experience leading pilot programs, early-adopter initiatives, or design-partner programs with measurable adoption outcomes.
-Experience partnering with senior leaders to translate business challenges into delivered AI capabilities.
-Familiarity with enterprise AI governance, security, and compliance practices.
