Senior Business Analyst / Business Engineer – Investments / 100% / Zurich
Project Focus : We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Business Engineer to support various projects for a bank client in Zurich as part of the further development of their future investment offerings. You will work at the interface between the business department and IT, translating the requirements from the investment business into concrete, implementable IT solutions. The focus will be on mandate and portfolio fund solutions for private clients, including private banking.
Tasks:
- Analysis of customer and business requirements in the investment sector
- Development of detailed technical requirements, features and stories
- Preparation and execution of workshops and refinements with specialist departments and IT
- Creation of requirements and detailed specifications
- Supporting the implementation with agile/Scrum teams
- Definition of interface adaptations and data models
- Support with application configuration and, if necessary, GUI requirements.
- Planning and execution of functional and non-functional tests
- Coordination and transparent communication with various stakeholders
- Creation of management documents as well as user and training documentation
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of practical experience as a Business Analyst / Business Engineer
- Solid experience in implementing IT projects in the investment sector at a major bank.
- Experience with mandate and portfolio fund solutions
- Excellent knowledge of business analysis, requirements engineering, and modeling.
- Experience in working with agile/Scrum teams
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Independent, solution-oriented work style and strong implementation skills
- Confident demeanor in interactions with specialist departments and IT
