Job Title: Fullstack Developer - C#, Python

Location: Houston, Texas, USA (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer with strong experience in C#, Python, Azure cloud technologies, distributed workflows, API integrations, and Microsoft Teams/M365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and supporting production cloud systems, designing scalable applications, and collaborating in Agile engineering environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and support cloud-based applications and services.
  • Build and maintain REST APIs and system integrations.
  • Own software solutions through design, implementation, deployment, and production support.
  • Develop and support distributed, long-running, stateful workflows.
  • Integrate external vendor platforms and APIs.
  • Implement event-driven and message-based system integrations.
  • Collaborate in sprint planning, design reviews, and pull request reviews.
  • Work closely with Microsoft and internal engineering teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in C# and Python.
  • Experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
  • Experience working in multi-repository, CI/CD-driven environments.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple Azure services, including:
  • Azure App Service and/or Azure Container Apps
  • Azure Functions and Durable Functions
  • Azure Blob Storage, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and SQL-based storage
  • Azure Key Vault, Managed Identity, and API authentication
  • Application Insights and Log Analytics
  • Infrastructure-as-Code using Bicep, ARM, or Terraform
  • Azure DevOps pipelines, including build, release, and pull request processes
  • Experience designing long-running, stateful workflows.
  • Knowledge of retries, failure handling, idempotency, and external dependency management.
  • Experience orchestrating interactions between services and external APIs.
  • Experience integrating external vendor APIs.
  • Understanding of API security, throttling, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with event-driven or message-based architectures.
  • Experience building Microsoft Teams bots, agents, or integrations.
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, or declarative agent frameworks.
  • Experience implementing event-driven interactions between Teams and backend services.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with computer vision (CV) and machine learning inference workflows.
  • Experience managing data pipelines for images, metadata, and results.
  • Experience invoking inference services and handling results programmatically.
  • Understanding of model training versus inference execution concepts.

Qualifications

  • Experience operating at a Senior Software Engineer or Staff-level Software Engineer capacity.
  • Demonstrated hands-on coding experience in production cloud environments.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience working in Agile and sprint-based delivery environments.
