Your responsibilities

• Input construction project data, contractor logs, and operational records accurately into our central databases.

• Verify documents, invoices, and field reports against standard quality and compliance benchmarks.

• Maintain organized digital archives and update tracking spreadsheets to support active project management teams.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or document management roles.

• High attention to detail and proficiency with spreadsheet software and database systems.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

Compensation

CAD 18–25 per hour

Your first months at CMC Development & Construction

During your first weeks, you will familiarize yourself with our project databases, learn our document verification workflows, and begin processing daily operational logs alongside the team. By month two, you will independently manage data pipelines for active construction sites, ensuring records remain accurate and accessible for project managers.
