We're hiring a C# / .NET Developer to support enterprise application development and modernization efforts for a growing organization in Columbus, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make an impact with long-term potential — possible contract-to-hire.

What You'll Do:

This role blends hands-on development with cross-functional collaboration — you'll work on both WPF and legacy WinForms applications, applying clean MVVM/MVC architecture, and partnering with business, technology, and delivery teams to translate technical and functional requirements into maintainable solutions.

Core Technical Skills:

• C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core / Visual Basic — strong proficiency in language and runtime
• WPF — XAML, data binding, MVVM pattern, custom controls
• WinForms — legacy UI maintenance and modernization
• MVVM / MVC design patterns
• Multithreading & async programming — task-based async, UI thread management
• Preferred: AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Kiro, or equivalent)

What You Bring:

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision while partnering effectively across teams
• Strong communication skills — able to translate technical, functional, and control concepts for mixed audiences
• Experience with Agile delivery, iterative testing, and disciplined documentation
• Background designing/implementing enterprise applications, cloud services, integrations, automation, or ERP-related platforms
• Ability to translate business responsibilities into job roles, data roles, privilege structures, access request catalogs, and SoD remediation evidence
• Preferred: experience with identity lifecycle processes, cloud security, auditing/reporting, and automation-minded access validation
