Global Cloud Technology (GCT) Cloud Operations & Intelligence operates and secures our client's private cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms across a global engineering organization spanning North America and Europe. GCT is responsible for infrastructure reliability, security compliance, and the AI and agentic platforms that increasingly drive how that infrastructure is operated, diagnosed, and maintained.

Role Summary

GCT is building and scaling a portfolio of AI and agentic platforms that support diagnostics, decision-making, and operational execution across its infrastructure. As the Scrum Master / Technical Product Owner for one or more of these platforms, you are responsible for translating strategic objectives into executable delivery plans while driving Agile execution across a cross-functional engineering team.

You serve as the connective tissue between engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders. You own backlog strategy, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and ensure the team is focused on delivering the highest-value outcomes. You balance long-term roadmap planning with day-to-day execution, helping teams navigate ambiguity while maintaining speed, quality, and alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring work is prioritized according to business value, technical dependencies, and operational impact.
• Partner with engineering leadership, architects, and stakeholders to define and maintain a 12–18 month platform roadmap.
• Translate strategic objectives into epics, features, user stories, and measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, retrospectives, and program increment planning.
• Remove blockers that impede team progress and proactively drive resolution across organizational boundaries.
• Establish delivery metrics and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into team health, velocity, and roadmap progress.
• Work alongside technical leads to ensure platform investments support scalability, reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and drive alignment on platform capabilities.
• Coordinate release planning and ensure successful delivery of platform enhancements and new capabilities.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through process optimization, feedback loops, and Agile best practices.
• Partner closely with UX designers, engineers, and AI specialists to ensure user needs and technical feasibility are balanced throughout development.
• Drive communication across multiple teams, ensuring risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments are clearly understood and managed.
• Ownership of delivery strategy and execution for critical AI and agentic platform initiatives.
• Significant partnership with engineering leadership and technical architects.
• Regular engagement with platform customers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders.
• Visibility into strategic initiatives shaping the future of AI-enabled cloud operations.
• Opportunities to influence both product direction and engineering execution practices across GCT.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Technical Program Manager, or similar role.
• Experience leading Agile teams delivering cloud, platform, SaaS, or enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery metrics.
• Ability to understand technical architecture and effectively communicate with engineering teams.
• Experience managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, cloud platforms, or data-driven products.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or comparable Agile management tooling.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and deliver measurable outcomes.
