We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

Schwab Data's AI Strategy & Governance organization is accelerating responsible AI adoption across the enterprise by helping teams move from experimentation to scalable, reusable AI capabilities. You will contribute to governance and certification initiatives that ensure AI data is trustworthy, compliant, and fit for purpose while enabling innovation at scale. You will partner with stakeholders to develop and enhance reusable AI capabilities, operational frameworks, roadmaps, standards, and governance processes that improve consistency and accelerate enterprise adoption. Additionally, you will support the evolution of AI-ready data ecosystems by advancing metadata management, data lineage visibility, stewardship practices, and lifecycle management standards. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving capabilities, strategic thinking, technical acumen, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes in a complex and evolving AI landscape.
