Azure Developer @ Positio.Ai

• Build the platform that connects the physical world to mobile apps, AI, retail engagement, and real-time location intelligence.
• Join an early-stage startup where your code, architecture decisions, and ideas will directly shape the future of the company.
• Own backend services, APIs, event pipelines, platform infrastructure, and developer experience.
• Design and scale cloud-native systems running on Microsoft Azure.
• Build high-performance APIs and microservices that process real-time events from mobile devices and IoT sensors.
• Work across AI, proximity technologies, analytics, loyalty, retail media, and enterprise SaaS.
• Collaborate directly with founders, product leaders, customers, and partners.
• Help establish engineering standards, architecture patterns, and technical direction.

What You Bring to the team

• 7+ years building production backend systems.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services.
• Expertise in .NET/C#, Node.js, TypeScript, Python, or similar backend technologies.
• Experience designing APIs and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and scalable data platforms.
• Comfortable moving fast, solving hard problems, and wearing multiple hats.
• Startup mindset with a bias toward action and ownership.

Bonus Points

• IoT, BLE, mobile SDK, or edge-computing experience.
• Experience in retail, loyalty, payments, AdTech, MarTech, or customer engagement platforms.
• Kubernetes, Terraform, Redis, Kafka, Event Hubs, Dataverse, or Cosmos DB experience.
• Previous startup or founder-led company experience.
