AI Agent Engineer - Remote

You’ll be part of an innovative environment, working with cutting-edge technologies in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and advanced integrations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to create scalable, high-impact solutions. #OneAtento #FindMoreThanYou’reLookingFor🚀  What You’ll Do - Develop, configure, and deploy AI agents using specialized platforms and tools. - Integrate AI agents with external systems, such as APIs, databases, CRMs, and other enterprise applications. - Optimize performance through prompt adjustments, configuration tweaks, and continuous monitoring. - Gather technical and business requirements from clients and stakeholders. - Conduct demonstrations and proofs of concept to present solutions and gather feedback. - Plan and oversee projects, ensuring deliveries meet established deadlines. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Machine Learning teams. - Support clients in adopting AI solutions by providing technical guidance on architecture, security, and scalability. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Solid experience in software development, AI/machine learning engineering, or technical consulting. - Strong knowledge of Python and Golang. - Experience with systems integration via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and containerization. - Excellent communication and customer relationship skills. - Analytical and problem-solving mindset. - Advanced English—conversational Desirable Requirements - Hands-on experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence. - Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering. - Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures. - Knowledge of frameworks for developing AI agents. - Experience with function calling and the orchestration of intelligent agents. - Experience working on digital transformation and AI-based automation projects. - Experience in agile and cross-functional environments.
