Your Responsibilities - Advising residential and business customers—together, you’ll find the best electricity and natural gas rates. - Rate review & energy comparison—either in person or online, always tailored to each customer’s individual needs. - Acquiring new customers—build your own customer base and boost your success. - Build your own sales team—assemble your team and share your success. - Develop and expand the sales structure—design processes, structures, and growth opportunities according to your vision. What You Bring to the Table - Experience or motivation—you have sales experience or are a highly motivated career changer. - Strong communication skills—you inspire people with your personality and your words. - Independence & flexibility—work autonomously with the freedom to manage your own time and maximum creative freedom. - Entrepreneurial mindset—you want to grow and build, not just manage. - Articulate—you speak German fluently and communicate confidently.
