Your Role - Independently plan heat pump projects with support from a competent and dedicated team - Conduct feasibility studies for heat pump projects in single-family homes and apartment buildings - Assisting with current heating subsidies and coordinating with 1KOMMA5° locations and partners throughout Germany - Preparing project documentation and continuously monitoring progress - Compiling material lists for heat pump installations Your Profile - Ideally, experience with heat pumps, in the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) sector, or in heating load analysis - Proficiency with common Office programs and the ability to quickly learn new software - Proactive, hands-on attitude, ability to work well in a team, and strong communication skills - Independent and goal-oriented work style - Fluent German Benefits - Health & Fitness: Take advantage of the eGym Wellpass and stay active - Secure your future: We offer a company retirement plan for your financial security - Enjoyment at work: Look forward to free drinks as well as fresh fruits and vegetables - Team spirit: Experience regular team events and become part of a great community
