Day-to-day of the role:

• Manufacture bespoke furniture and joinery items to a high standard.
• Produce free-standing furniture, fitted joinery, kitchens, dressing rooms, and custom interior elements.
• Interpret CAD drawings and technical specifications accurately.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical challenges.
• Operate and maintain woodworking machinery and tools safely.
• Support installation projects on site when required.
• Work with a variety of materials including solid timber, veneers, and hardware, integrating elements such as appliances or lighting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Skilled in working with solid timber and veneers.
• Strong technical understanding and confidence in reading detailed drawings.
• Experience incorporating additional materials such as metal, leather, or glass is beneficial.
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently or within a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 5 years' experience in joinery making from drawings on the bench with full knowledge of all woodworking machinery.
• Willingness to undertake a day's trial to demonstrate skills.
