We have one open position in Field Services Branch - Frankfort for a desktop support technician. The position will be located at Frankfort KY 40601. The technician will provide support for multiple agencies in downtown Frankfort. The preferred candidate would need the following:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation
- Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Hardware and software experience.
