What You Bring

Must-have skills:

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing, with at least 3 in mortgage, insurance, lending, or financial services.
• Hands-on CRM and marketing automation experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar) — you build workflows yourself.
• Strong analytical skills: you know your cost per lead, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition, and you can prove it.
• Direct experience managing Google Ads campaigns and budgets.
• SMS and email marketing at scale, including copywriting, A/B testing, and segmentation.
• Solid knowledge of U.S. marketing compliance (TCPA, 10DLC, CAN-SPAM). RESPA is a plus.
• Professional English and Spanish, spoken and written, including persuasive copy in both.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team.

Premier Spaces is looking for a marketing leader to take full ownership of growth for two fast-moving U.S. companies: Dream Habitat, which helps families and investors in New York and Florida finance their homes, and Top Insured Agency, which protects the trucking companies that keep America moving.

You'll build the strategy, lead the team, run the campaigns, and see your work turn into funded loans and bound policies. Your ideas won't wait in a deck for approval; they'll be live next week, and you'll see the results in the numbers.

• Real ownership from day one: lead marketing for two companies and report directly to leadership.
• Two growth challenges: Dream Habitat is relationship-driven (past clients, realtor partnerships, executive personal brand), while Top Insured runs at volume (data, automation, multi-channel outreach).

What You'll Do

Design and run the full marketing strategy for both companies, with clear goals and a budget you control.
Grow Dream Habitat through past-client programs, realtor partnerships, and a strong LinkedIn personal brand for our executive.
Scale Top Insured's lead engine through renewal-timed SMS, email, calling, and bilingual paid campaigns.

Build and optimize CRM workflows and automations that bring in leads while you sleep.

Launch Google Ads campaigns targeting high-intent buyers in English and Spanish.

Create dashboards that connect every marketing dollar to revenue.

Lead, coach, and develop your team with clear goals and weekly check-ins. Keep every campaign compliant, on brand, and effective.
