We are seeking an experienced BIM Developer to join our Engineering team and play a key role in driving BIM innovation, workflow automation, and digital transformation across our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom Revit plug-ins and add-ins using C#, Revit API, and Visual Studio
- Create and maintain automation tools and BIM data management solutions
- Develop Dynamo scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks
- Build and manage highly detailed BIM models for complex interior fit-out projects
- Collaborate with BIM and Engineering teams to automate repetitive processes and improve project delivery
- Produce construction documentation, schedules, quantity take-offs, and shop drawings
- Support quality control and BIM standards compliance across project deliverables
- Mentor and guide BIM Modelers and Junior BIM Modelers
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Dynamo
- Experience with C#,.NET Framework, and Revit API
- Knowledge of Visual Studio
- Understanding of BIM standards, LOD, shared parameters, and naming conventions
- Familiarity with Python, JSON/XML, and BIM data management tools is a plus
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of BIM experience
- Preferably within the Interior Fit-Out industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline
- Relevant Diploma holders with strong experience are also encouraged to apply
