Strategy, Risk & Transactions (SR&T) is an end-to-end strategic advisory practice, enabling our C-suite clients to make informed, robust decisions and strategic choices. #AboutYourRole

As a Consultant in our Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory department, you will play a key role in supporting our clients on a wide range of transformation, governance, digitalization and risk-related initiatives. Working closely with business and technology teams, you will contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of complex projects across various industries.


You will support activities such as project coordination, requirements management, stakeholder engagement, process analysis, documentation, reporting and governance. In addition, you will help structure information, prepare management-ready deliverables, facilitate workshops and meetings, and contribute to data-driven analyses and decision-making.


As part of multidisciplinary project teams, you will collaborate with clients and Deloitte professionals from different domains, gaining exposure to business processes, technology-enabled transformation, regulatory topics and operational excellence initiatives.


This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop consulting, project delivery and stakeholder management skills while working in a dynamic and international environment with industry-leading clients.

Key Qualifications

  • Academic background in Automotive Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in automotive or software-related projects, with exposure to quality assurance, compliance, testing, or project coordination.
  • Knowledge of automotive regulations, standards, and compliance requirements, including compliance assessments and testing.
  • Understanding of software quality assurance, testing, and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence administration, dashboards, workflows, or reporting.
  • Experience in PMO or project coordination, including tracking deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
  • Strong process analysis, mapping, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to create clear technical documentation and visual process content.
  • Knowledge of data management and governance principles.
  • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to operate independently with limited supervision.


Bonus Qualifications

  • Exposure to agile delivery methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience in automotive data products, connected vehicle services or digital products.
  • Experience with compliance, audit, risk management or governance-related projects.
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping or business process modelling.
