AdCirrus ERP is a boutique Acumatica and Business Central consulting firm in Schaumburg, IL. We serve manufacturers, distributors, and high-volume ecommerce merchants. We’re growing and we need someone who can own our Acumatica practice end-to-end.

Role Description

This is a delivery-first role. You won’t be managing a team or sitting in strategy meetings all day — you’ll be in the work, owning projects, managing budgets, and making sure clients succeed. You’re the person clients call. You’re the reason projects close on time and on budget. If that’s where you do your best work, keep reading.

This is a full-time remote role for a Full-Time Acumatica Consultant at AdCirrus ERP. The role involves providing functional support, consulting, and ensuring customer satisfaction through analytical skills and effective customer support.

What You’ll Own

• Full project ownership — budget, scope, timeline, and client satisfaction from kickoff through post go-live

• Primary client relationship — you’re the first call when something comes up, not a relay to someone else

• Change order identification and management — you understand project economics and protect margin

• Full-cycle Acumatica implementations — discovery, configuration, CRP, training, go-live, and hypercare

• Shopify-to-Acumatica integration for high-volume ecommerce — order management, fulfillment, inventory sync

• High-volume shipping, warehouse management, and distribution workflows

• Financial module configuration — AR, AP, GL, month-end and year-end close

• Generic Inquiry design and reporting — build GIs clients actually use

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years Acumatica implementation experience with active certifications

• Proven track record managing project budgets and scope — knows when to raise a change order and how to have that conversation

• Proven go-live experience — hypercare, issue triage, and client confidence under pressure

• Deep experience with Commerce Edition and Shopify connector — done it, not just seen it

• High-volume shipping, WMS, and distribution expertise — pick/pack/ship at scale

• Strong financials background — comfortable guiding clients through month-end and year-end close

• Generic Inquiry proficiency — builds and troubleshoots GIs independently

• Comfortable as the primary client contact — owns problems, doesn’t escalate them

• CPA a plus — not required, but accounting depth matters on our client base

• Looking to put down roots — we want someone who grows with us, not a two-year stop on the way somewhere else

You own AdCirrus’s Acumatica delivery practice. You’re the name clients know, the person who closes projects successfully, and a key part of how we win new business through reputation.
