Drupal Developer

Role: Drupal Front-End Developer

Location: San Antonio, TX | Hybrid

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of UI/UX and website design experience, including information architecture, user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, SEO, and responsive/mobile-first design.
• 5+ years of front-end web development using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, including responsive layouts, custom theming, content types, views, blocks, module configuration, and custom module development.
• 4+ years of experience developing web forms and submission workflows, including validation, email notifications, submission routing, and backend/API integrations.
• 4+ years of experience developing accessible websites and performing accessibility testing using automated tools and assistive technologies.
• 4+ years of experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud, or comparable design tools for design files, component libraries, and style guides.
• Experience with CMS-based website development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and deployment across development, test, and production environments.
• Experience with website performance, mobile responsiveness, SEO, and front-end troubleshooting.
• Must provide a portfolio or live website links demonstrating both UI/UX design and web development.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience with web forms/workflows, dashboards, event calendars, news/press release publishing, and site-wide alerts or notification banners.
• 2+ years of experience working on state government, municipal government, or public-sector websites.
• 2+ years of experience with web analytics and AI SEO.
• Experience with Drupal Webform, Drupal CMS, custom modules, themes, views, and blocks.
• Experience with accessibility standards such as WCAG and secure web development practices.
