Job Summary


ND Global Consulting Services, Inc. (NDGCS) is seeking a Data / Information Architect – Consultant to support data analytics, dashboard development, database environments, and CRM systems for a public-sector client.

The consultant will analyze operational and financial data, develop and support public-facing dashboards, work with database platforms, and help provide data-driven insights to business and technical stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and support Tableau dashboards.
  • Perform data analysis involving real estate, fleet metrics, financial data, and other operational information.
  • Use tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, and SAS for reporting and analytics.
  • Perform development and support within database environments such as Microsoft SQL Server and Azure Synapse.
  • Support Tableau environments and associated public-facing dashboards.
  • Develop and support CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and HubSpot.
  • Participate in software development lifecycle methodologies including **Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean
