Position: Data/Information Architect - Consultant

Location: Columbia SC 29210 (Onsite from day one)

Work Address: OTIS and DIS: 4430 Broad Rd, Columbia SC 29210

Candidate Location: No South Carolina residency required. Open to nationwide candidates; must be able to work eastern time zone hours.

All travel-related costs for onsite work will be the responsibility of the resource, regardless of the frequency of onsite work.

Scope Of The Project

Public-facing dashboard development and support.

Perform data analysis and data-driven insights to various stakeholders.

Develop and support customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Create detailed documentation that facilitates the use and future.

Modification of dashboards.

Daily Duties / Responsibilities

Perform data analysis on real estate, fleet metrics, and financial data to support admin management initiatives utilizing tools such as excel, tableau, MS power bi, r, python, SAS.

Perform development in database environments such as MS SQL server.

Management, azure synapse, or similar environments.

Assist with support of tableau environment and associated public-facing dashboards.

Perform development and/or support in CRM such as salesforce, ZENDESK, HUBSPOT.

Participate in of software development lifecycle and methodologies such as waterfall, agile, scrum, lean, devops.

Provide data-focused strategies which add value to organization and

Promote efficiency.

Required skills (must include years of experience, in order of importance):

Possess working knowledge of database principles and design

Able to explain and/or document complex concepts or processes to a variety of audiences.

Required Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, engineering, or related discipline.
