About the Role

As a .Net Architect based in our Colorado office, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions using the .Net framework. Your role is pivotal in defining the architectural vision and ensuring alignment with business goals, while maintaining best practices in software development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical designs. Additionally, you will oversee code quality, system integration, and provide technical guidance to development teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise will drive innovation and continuous improvement in our software architecture, enhancing overall system reliability and user experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and develop architectural solutions using the .Net framework that meet business and technical requirements.
  • Lead and mentor development teams to implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
  • Oversee integration of web services and asynchronous communication methods to optimize system performance.
  • Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews, documentation, and adherence to architectural standards.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with .Net framework and C# programming.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX for front-end development.
  • Strong knowledge of Transact-SQL for database programming and optimization.
  • Experience designing and consuming web services (RESTful and SOAP).
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a related technical field.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker.
  • Certification in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.

    The required skills such as jQuery, JavaScript, and AJAX are essential for creating dynamic and responsive user interfaces that enhance user experience. Proficiency in Transact-SQL enables efficient database querying and management, which is critical for backend data operations.
