Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and commission automated equipment.
- Create and modify electrical designs using AutoCAD Electrical.
- Edit and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs using RSLogix 500 and RSLogix 5000.
- Support the testing, debugging, and startup of automated systems.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineering, manufacturing, service teams, and customers.
- Manage multiple projects and resolve technical issues.
- Provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
- 3-5 years of experience in electrical design, including control panels, schematics, wiring diagrams, and design packages.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical.
- Experience editing and troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs using RSLogix 500 and RSLogix 5000.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of industrial controls components, including I/O, drives, servos, operator interfaces, motion control, and network communications.
- Experience programming PLCs, HMIs, and motion control systems.
- Experience commissioning, testing, and debugging automated machinery.
- Packaging equipment or packaging machinery experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience providing technical support to customers and field service teams.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Homer, MI.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $44.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
