Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Applied AI Engineer with 3 to 5 years of overall experience to actively engage in the engineering craft, taking a hands-on approach to building and supporting high-visibility projects. The role involves applying engineering expertise across multiple programming languages and modern frameworks while building hands-on experience using AI and agentic tools across the engineering lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to engineering solutions that solve complex customer and business problems.
- Support technical design, development, testing, integrations, and ongoing support.
- Participate in requirement analysis and component-level design.
- Maintain code quality, dependencies, architecture, and technical standards.
- Write high-quality, scalable and supportable code.
- Participate in code reviews.
- Support rapid experimentation and AI-built prototypes.
- Collaborate with product management, experience, and delivery teams.
- Apply AI and Agentic SSDLC practices.
- Use AI tools for code generation, review, testing, and documentation.
- Build domain-specific knowledge and translate business/user needs into technical specifications and code.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience with one or more of:
- Angular
- React
- NodeJS
- Python
- C#
- .NET
- Java
- SQL/NoSQL
- PyTorch
- TensorFlow
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- 1+ year building AI/ML applications.
- Hands-on GenAI exposure including:
- LLM integration
- OpenAI / Anthropic / open-source models
- RAG pipelines
- Prompt engineering
- Vector databases
- 1+ year cloud-native engineering experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Vertex AI.
- Understanding of OOP/OOD, data structures, algorithms and engineering practices.
- Exposure to Agile, DevSecOps, GitHub, SonarQube, MLflow or agentic AI frameworks is a plus.
- Ability to work in the local office a minimum of 3 days per week.
- 0–10% travel.
