Senior DeFi Engineer — Autheo | Live Mainnet, Staking, Pools & THEO Utility
Indexed description
Our flagship project, Autheo, is an AI-enabled Layer-0 Operating System with an integrated Layer-1 blockchain and complete decentralized infrastructure that includes decentralized compute, storage, identity, and service marketplaces, as well as a full-stack development environment (DevHub)—engineered for scalable enterprise adoption, developer innovation, and real-world blockchain integration.

Autheo Mainnet has been live since May 14, 2026 (Chain ID 2127). Staking and transaction fees are operating on-chain. DevHub is available to builders. Sovereign identity (TheoID), decentralized compute and persistent storage through the Autheo Marketplace, AI inference (THEO AI), and post-quantum cryptography are rolling out on Mainnet.
THEO is live. This role starts after mainnet, not before it.
THEO is Autheo’s native utility token, not a governance token. Autheo is not a DAO.
As Of October 2, 2026, THEO Trades On Four Autheo-verified Markets Across Two Chains And One Centralized Exchange, With Enflux Supporting Liquidity Across The Venues
- THEO/USDT on MEXC — first centralized order book, opened October 1, 2026 at 13:00 UTC. Deposits are accepted on Autheo Mainnet (native THEO). Withdrawals opened October 2, 2026 at 13:00 UTC.
- THEO/USDC on Hydrex (Base) — live since August 20, 2026. Official Base contract: 0xebE516a20238F79dc20b07eaD6768e08891Ed309
- THEO/USDG on Uniswap v3 (Robinhood Chain) — live since September 10, 2026
- THEO/NVDA on Uniswap (Robinhood Chain) — live since September 24, 2026. Official Robinhood Chain contract: 0x3dc751e0da01812e6d9143cc696e7f07ea94da48
Key Features
- Layer-0 OS + Layer-1 — Sovereign Cosmos-based coordination layer with an EVM-compatible execution environment, IBC interoperability, and Proof of Autheo consensus.
- DevHub & full-stack SDKs — One workspace for frontend, backend, smart contracts, and orchestration.
- TheoID — Sovereign identity for people, services, and AI agents, with a post-quantum roadmap (Kyber, Dilithium, Falcon / NIST ML-KEM, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA).
- Autheo Marketplace — Decentralized compute, storage, and service markets rolling out on Mainnet.
- THEO AI — Inference and agent orchestration as a native primitive, not a third-party bolt-on.
- DePIN infrastructure — On-chain networks for real-world infrastructure ownership and resource sharing.
- Mainnet: Live since May 14, 2026. Staking and fees on-chain. Secured by the live validator set (149 active of 156 total as of September 23, 2026).
- Public testnet history: 2 million+ wallets, 10 million+ transactions, 1.1 million+ smart contracts.
- Audits: Halborn (testnet and validator node platform), CertiK (Mainnet and smart contracts), Adevar Labs (Base to Autheo Mainnet bridge).
- THEO markets: Four verified venues — MEXC, Hydrex on Base, and two Uniswap pools on Robinhood Chain — with Enflux as liquidity partner across DEX and CEX.
- Token: THEO, native utility coin. Maximum supply 7.0 billion. Approximately 5.33% designated as initial circulating supply at the August 20, 2026 TGE ($0.05 reference price on Hydrex).
- Organization: Launch Legends Inc., a Wyoming corporation, parent of Autheo LLC. Stewarded in part by the Autheo Foundation. 100+ equity cofounders across 25+ countries.
ROLE: Senior DeFi Engineer — Autheo | Live Mainnet, Staking, Pools & THEO Utility Job code: LA384
About The Role
Autheo is recruiting a Senior DeFi Engineer to ship the contracts that sit on a chain that is already live.
Mainnet has been up since May 14, 2026. Staking and fees settle on-chain. THEO trades on MEXC, Hydrex (Base), and Robinhood Chain. The job is the on-chain money path: staking and fee surfaces a user can finish, pools and vaults if a design is approved, oracle reads, and the accounting a reviewer can follow. Solidity on an EVM-compatible chain. Tests before a deploy.
VP of Exchanges owns the external venue book. The DEX GM owns Autheo’s own matching engine, if that venue is built. API & Interoperability owns the IBC packet and the bridge schema. You own the contract. You do not own a CEX integration, a wallet with a fiat ramp, or a governance token. THEO is not a governance token. Autheo is not a DAO.
Part-time does not mean advisory. Equity cofounder means you write the contract, you write the test, and you sit the review.
Key Responsibilities
- Contracts on Mainnet
- Staking, fee, and THEO utility flows a user can complete. Extend what is live. Do not fork a tutorial and call it a product.
- Pools, vaults, or a routing contract only against a written design. Invariants named: share price, fee, and who can move the funds.
- Token accounting you can explain to Security. Supply, emissions, and a pause. No hidden mint.
- Cross-chain only where the bridge already exists
- Assets that already move: Autheo native, and the Base path Adevar reviewed. A new route needs Protocol and API & Interoperability before you code it.
- Oracle or price reads with a stale-price check and a failure mode. Name the feed.
- Safety
- Foundry or Hardhat, fuzz or invariant tests on the paths that move value.
- An audit scope written before the audit, not after. You do not “conduct the audit” yourself and call it done.
- Post-quantum work stays on the platform roadmap (Kyber, Dilithium, Falcon). You do not bolt a PQC scheme onto a pool unless Security has a spec.
- Developer surface
- A short SDK or ABI notes in TypeScript so DevHub can call what you shipped. Python only if a partner is already on it.
- A simulation or a fork test a reviewer can run. Five minutes is a goal, not a slogan.
- 5+ years shipping smart contracts that held value. A mainnet address, not a hackathon repo alone.
- Solidity in production. EVM traces you can read. Gas and storage you have measured.
- An AMM, a staking contract, a vault, or a bridge-adjacent pool you can walk through, including the bug you fixed or the one an auditor found.
- Tests you wrote: unit, fork, and at least one invariant or fuzz suite.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, or equivalent practical depth.
- Cosmos SDK or IBC enough to know when a transfer is a packet, not a function call.
- An audit you sat through, with the findings list.
- A public contract still in use.
- A claim of 50 billion TPS, a hybrid Binance aggregator, or a fiat-card wallet in 90 days. Bring the contract, the test, or neither.
- Polkadot JAM, Hyperledger, or Unity. Not this seat.
- A written map of the DeFi surface that is live versus stubbed, agreed with Protocol and Security.
- One contract path taken from branch to a reviewed deploy on a public test path or Mainnet: staking, fee, or a pool with the invariant tested.
- Fork tests in CI, and an audit scope if the path moves value.
- ABI notes DevHub can call without you on the line.
- A one-page accounting note: supply, fees, and who can pause.
🌠🚀 WHY JOIN LAUNCH LEGENDS?
- The chain is up. Staking, fees, DevHub, and four verified THEO markets are already public.
- The seat is the contract. Staking, pools, and THEO utility, next to Protocol and Security.
- Equity in Launch Legends and Autheo, plus a THEO allocation in a token that already trades.
- 100+ equity cofounders across 25+ countries. Remote. Direct line to the engineering leads and the Managing Directors.
