The Company

A well-established business with a strong reputation for quality and service, operating within a fast-paced and technology-driven environment. As the company continues to grow and invest in its infrastructure, it is expanding its IT department to support both operational efficiency and future development.

Committed to innovation and continuous improvement, the company is seeking an IT Administrator to support and maintain its IT systems, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency across the organisation.

The Role

This is a hands-on technical role within a busy IT function. As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and user systems.

You will ensure systems are secure, up to date, and compliant with company policies, while also assisting in the implementation of new technologies and improvements.

To Succeed

The successful candidate will adopt a proactive and solutions-focused approach, with strong technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple support requests and prioritising effectively.

A solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and security principles is essential, along with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.

You should be capable of working independently when required, while also contributing as part of a collaborative team focused on continuous improvement.

  • Experience with Office 365 , Azure and Active Directory
  • Experience with PowerBI & SQL
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools and automation

Onboard new employees by creating accounts, granting network access, and providing IT training.
