Application senior Supervisor position ( AI integration/ LLM & .Net ) 6+ years

Role Description The Application Senior Supervisor (AI Integration/LLM & .NET) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This position oversees the design, development, and integration of AI solutions—especially Large Language Models (LLMs)—into existing and new .NET-based applications that support Xceed’s BPO operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading a technical team, defining solution architectures, reviewing code, ensuring adherence to best practices, and coordinating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, scalable applications. The role involves collaborating with operational, customer service, and technical support teams to identify automation opportunities, optimize workflows, and improve application performance and reliability. The Application Senior Supervisor also drives continuous improvement by monitoring AI solution outcomes, providing training and guidance to team members, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.

- Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
- Knowledge of React or Angular.

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in English.
