Role Description The Application Supervisor (AI / LLM & .NET) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of AI-driven and .NET-based applications that support Xceed’s operations and client-facing solutions. The role involves supervising a technical team, prioritizing and assigning development tasks, reviewing code, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software engineering and AI/LLM integration. The supervisor collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable applications aligned with Xceed’s service standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring application performance, coordinating incident resolution with technical support teams, managing application releases, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the application stack. The role also requires mentoring team members, providing training on AI/LLM and .NET technologies, and contributing to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a senior or leadership role.

- Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST APIs.

- Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.

- Good knowledge of React or Angular.

- Experience with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and LLM integration is a strong advantage.

- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Fluent in English.
