Integration Manager

***Integration Manager – 6 months+ contract – Germany (Hybrid)***

RED Global is currently looking for an experienced Integration Manager to join a team on a contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to lead the assessment, design, coordination and governance of integrations across SAP functional domains and third-party applications within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.

● Location: Hesse, Germany – Hybrid (2-3 days per week onsite)

Key requirements:

● Minimum 10 years of SAP consulting experience

● Strong experience working on large SAP ERP or SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes

● Strong Functional Integration Lead experience

● Broad knowledge across multiple SAP functional areas

● Experience across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Logistics and Master Data

● Strong understanding of SAP integration concepts and technologies

● Proven experience integrating SAP with third-party enterprise applications

● Experience coordinating end-to-end business process integration

● Experience leading cross-functional solution design workshops

● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

● Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and external implementation partners

● Experience identifying integration risks, dependencies and gaps and driving appropriate solutions

● Experience supporting data migration, testing, defect resolution, cutover and deployment activities

● Strong ability to facilitate alignment between business and technical teams

● Life Sciences / Pharma experience would be highly beneficial

● Experience with S/4HANA Greenfield implementations within the Life Sciences industry would be highly beneficial
