Job Title: Duck Creek Program Manager (Program & Project Management)

Location: Tampa, Florida, USA (Onsite)


Experience: 7+ years of Program Management experience

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Duck Creek Program Manager to lead large-scale insurance platform implementations, upgrades, and delivery initiatives. The candidate will manage end-to-end program execution, client relationships, cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, and delivery governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Duck Creek implementation and upgrade programs.
  • Manage Policy, Billing, and Claims workstreams.
  • Drive program planning, budgeting, milestones, risks, and delivery governance.
  • Coordinate business, technology, vendor, and client stakeholders.
  • Lead executive reviews, status reporting, and steering committee meetings.
  • Oversee integrations, data migration, testing, releases, and production deployments.
  • Ensure delivery quality, timelines, and alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills

  • Strong Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and/or Claims program experience.
  • P&C insurance domain knowledge.
  • Large-scale program and project delivery management.
  • Azure DevOps, release governance, and integration oversight.
  • Client-facing leadership and executive stakeholder management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Duck Creek SaaS / OnDemand experience.
  • Azure DevOps CI/CD, Git, and Octopus.
  • SQL, XML, XSLT, and system integration knowledge.
  • Experience with insurance platform modernization and cloud transformation.
