Software Engineer

The Role

• Design, develop, deliver, and operate secure, reliable, and scalable solutions for customer features and internal operational improvements.

• Maintain high standards by delivering quality work and pushing for excellence in code, design, and review processes.

• Collaborate across team boundaries to deliver on projects, demonstrating strong ownership, earning trust, and achieving results.

• Develop a deep understanding of the system, core customer usage patterns, and workflows, participating in on-call rotations to directly engage with customers and stakeholders.

• Demonstrate customer obsession in all aspects of work, from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and operations.

• Enhance communication skills to effectively earn trust, drive consensus, and achieve outcomes while collaborating with teammates and other teams.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 3+ years of professional software development experience (non-internship).

• 2+ years of experience in designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.

• 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using languages like C#, C++, Java, or Perl.

• 1+ years of experience with Object-Oriented Design.

• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
