Job Summary

Looking for a IT Support Technician who will provide day to day customer support (onsite, phone, and email), effectively handle the installation and support of computers, software applications, license plate recognition (LPR) cameras, networking hardware, peripheral devices, and route CAT cabling. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, ability to listen, problem solve, and communicate effectively. The ability to communicate bi-lingually, English and Spanish, is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware
  • Respond to day to day customer support requests
  • Perform product testing and feedback
  • Install License Plate Recognition cameras, cabling, and related hardware
  • Set up customer workstations (computers, printers, scanners, etc)
  • Interact with team members and openly exchange best practices and experiences (knowledge sharing)

Qualifications

  • Can work in a team or individual environment
  • Previous technical experience or certification preferred
  • Degree in electronics, computer science, or networking preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
