Inhouse Consultant – Business Central & NEVARIS Finance / Baulohn

Location: Sprendlingen, Germany

Hybrid: Ideally 1–2 days per week onsite

Salary: €75,000–€95,000 gross per year

Employment: Permanent

We are supporting an established construction business that is looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of a key finance and payroll application area.

What we are looking for

The strongest fit will have experience with:

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / Dynamics NAV / Navision

- NEVARIS Finance and/or NEVARIS Baulohn

- Finance, Controlling, Payroll or construction payroll processes

- ERP/application support, implementation or process improvement

- Managing system changes, testing, upgrades or projects

- Working closely with business users and IT

The role

You will sit between Finance, Payroll and IT, helping to ensure the ongoing operation and development of the application environment.

Responsibilities will include:

- Supporting and improving Business Central and NEVARIS-related processes

- Acting as a key contact for users

- Analysing and improving finance/payroll workflows

- Managing system changes and application improvements

- Supporting testing, releases and implementations

- Independently managing ERP and payroll-related projects

This is not a traditional payroll or controlling role. It is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys combining functional business knowledge with systems, projects and process improvement.
