BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join a digital construction team supporting major construction, civil and FM projects in Kildare.

The Role

You will support BIM coordination, information management and digital project delivery, ensuring models and project information meet client and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support management and coordination of project information models.
• Carry out model coordination, information validation and quality checks.
• Ensure project workflows align with ISO 19650 and information standards.
• Manage and support use of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
• Review graphical and non-graphical model data and report non-conformances.
• Support MIDP/TIDP development and digital project workflows.
• Provide technical support to project teams and resolve digital tool issues.

Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in digital construction/BIM.
• Higher education in Construction or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Basic understanding of ISO 19650.
• Strong interest in digital construction/digital FM.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Semiconductor experience advantageous.
