Director of Accounting

Our client, a leading commercial real estate company, located in Red Bank, NJ is looking to hire a Director of Accounting to join their team.

Real Estate experience required.

$175k-$190k plus bonus.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

• 10-15 years of relevant real estate accounting experience
• Oversee and manage daily accounting functions across multiple real estate entities and properties
• Ensure integrity of financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting specific to real estate operations
• Maintain and enhance internal controls and accounting procedures across a multi-entity environment
• Manage day to day accounting of outsourced 3rd party vendor
• Serve as a key leader within the accounting department, aligning team with company goals
• Lead budgeting and forecasting across multiple properties and entities
