The Jr Software Developer plays an important role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions that enhance clinic operations and improve the patient experience. As a Jr Software Developer, you will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive innovation and operational efficiency at Pinnacle Fertility.
We are seeking a Jr Software Developer to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a full-time, on-site salaried position.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of internal software applications and system integrations.
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement front-end and back-end solutions that enhance clinic workflows and patient experiences.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established best practices.
- Participate in system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable application performance.
- Assist with data migration, API integrations, and system configuration tasks.
- Partner with QA and project management teams to ensure timely and high-quality software releases.
- Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Pinnacle Fertility’s technology standards, data security protocols, and confidentiality requirements.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required.
- Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in software development (internships or entry-level roles acceptable).
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and database management preferred.
- Basic understanding of APIs, version control (Git), and agile development methodologies.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality code.
