Your tasks:

• 
  Act as Scrum Master and team coach for a software development team, facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting effective delivery
• .Identify and remove blockers, improve transparency, and enable the team to achieve its objectives
• .Drive continuous improvement by applying proven Agile and Scrum practices
• .Collaborate with self-organising teams to define, estimate, and plan work packages
• .Support compliance with structured development processes in a regulated environment and contribute to process improvements
• .Use modern AI-supported tools across development, testing, and troubleshooting workflows
• .Foster strong collaboration, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement within the team

Your experience/knowledg

• e:
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experien
• ce.At least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master within a software development environme
• nt.Scrum certification such as CSM or PSM I, combined with strong knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, and team empowerme
• nt.Practical experience with Git/GitHub and basic software build environmen
• ts.Basic C++ programming knowled
• ge.Experience working in regulated environments such as Pharma, Medical Devices, Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial Safe
• ty.Experience producing clear and thorough technical/process documentati
