Job Title: Principal .NET Engineer – Service Delivery Manager

Location: Dallas, TX – Onsite

Job Type: Full Time



About the Role

We are looking for a highly technical Principal .Net Engineer – Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of high-volume, business-critical production platforms for financial services clients.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in .NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, WCF, RESTful APIs, Microservices, SQL Server, Oracle, IIS, and CI/CD technologies.

This role requires a combination of hands-on technical expertise, enterprise application architecture, engineering governance, modernization, technical leadership, and stakeholder management. The selected candidate will own end-to-end application architecture and technology roadmaps while providing technical direction and mentoring engineers and technical leaders.


Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in software development for business-critical, enterprise-wide applications, architecture, and technical leadership.
  • BS/BA or advanced degree, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Deep hands-on expertise across .NET, ASP.NET MVC, WCF, and C#.
  • Expertise in building RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures.
  • Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, and IIS.
  • Experience with SOAP, JSON, XML, and log4net.
  • Experience with build, deployment, and CI/CD tooling including uDeploy, Jenkins, Ant, Maven, and Groovy.
  • Experience with Oracle and the ability to write and tune SQL queries.
  • Proven experience owning application architecture and establishing engineering governance.
  • Proven experience mentoring technical leaders and engineers.
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with senior business and technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
